European Union

Orders shipped from the United Kingdom to the European Union may be subject to import VAT, customs duties and handling fees upon arrival. These charges are not included at checkout and remain the responsibility of the customer.

All EU orders are shipped DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid). If import charges remain unpaid and the parcel is returned to our UK warehouse, return shipping fees and any additional costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.

United States

Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees. These charges are not included at checkout and must be paid to the carrier or US Customs to release your order.

All US orders are shipped DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid). If customs charges are not cleared and the parcel is returned to our UK warehouse, return shipping fees and any additional charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

Rest of the World

All other international orders are shipped DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid). Import duties, customs fees, VAT and local taxes are not included at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.

If a parcel is refused or returned due to unpaid customs charges, the customer will be liable for return shipping costs and any additional fees incurred.

In-stock items are dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). During peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Pre-orders are dispatched as soon as they arrive at our warehouse. Full payment is taken at the time of purchase.

For first-time clients, we may request transaction verification through the issuing bank. This security measure may slightly delay dispatch.

Deliveries are not made on UK public holidays.
