RETURNS POLICY
You may return any item purchased on havvamustafa.com within 14 days of receiving your order. The 14-day window begins on the day you receive the last item in your order and includes weekends and public holidays.
How to return
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact our customer care team at customercare@havvamustafa.com or fill out the return form below. You must clearly state that you wish to return your item(s) within the 14-day window.
Once your return is approved, you will receive a confirmation with next steps.
Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all HAVVA packaging included. Shoes must be tried on soft carpeted surfaces only to avoid damage to soles or leather. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
Cancelling an order
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled. Please contact us immediately at customercare@havvamustafa.com. If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to return it under the process above once it arrives. Refunds for cancelled orders will be issued promptly.
Return shipping (UK/EUROPE/USA)
We offer free returns for customers in the UK, Europe and USA. Please contact us or use the portal above to request a prepaid shipping label, which must be included in your return shipment.
Return shipping (Rest of world)
Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns outside of the countries listed above.
When returning unwanted items, you will be liable for the cost of posting it back to us. We recommend any returns posted, are sent by recorded delivery as we cannot accept liability for items that do not reach us.
All Returns outside of the UK
If returned an item from outside the UK, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any customs charges. HAVVAMUSTAFA.COM is NOT responsible for any return custom charges made.Please contact our customer care team by emailing customercare@havvamustafa.com if you have any further questions.

How Long will my Refund take
Your refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received by HAVVAMUSTAFA.COM. However please allow up to 14 days from the day you return the product for your account to be credited. Your refund will be credited back to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase.
We are unable to refund any applicable taxes or duties, and shipping charges on returned items. Any differences in the amount refunded are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be reimbursed.
Gift cards are valid for a period of 12 months from date of purchase and are non-refundable. If you need to return an item purchased with a gift card, the return value will be issued as store credit.
Returns Terms & Conditions
- Where provided any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return.
- Items should be returned new, unused and in perfect condition with all HAVVA tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
- Before your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is fully checked and controlled by our packing team. If you receive an item, which is damaged, please contact us immediately.
- You must try the shoes on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them. Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoebox as this is considered part of the product. Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box or with marked soles will not be accepted, and will be sent back to the customer.
- HAVVAMUSTAFA.COM reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the Return Policy detailed on the website. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order. If an unauthorized return is accepted, HAVVAMUSTAFA.COM will deduct a 10% administrative/re-stocking fee from the refund.
- We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
- Please make sure that the returns form is enclosed with your goods - no form may result in your return not being processed.
I Would like a Size/Colour Exchange
havvamustafa.com is able to offer an exchange on the same item in another size only.
If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style, you must return it and purchase the new piece separately. The new item will be eligible for return through the same return procedure.
