You can return any item purchased on havvamustafa.com within 14 days from the delivery date.
Return Instructions (UK/EUROPE/USA)
To request a return please go to Contact us and enter your full name, and email along with the order number and reason for return. You will receive an email with shipping form which you will need to include in the return shipment.
Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all HAVVA packaging included. Shoes must be tried on a soft carpeted surface to avoid any marks or damages to the soles or leather. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
havvamustafa.com reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in its original, unaltered and unwashed condition.
Returns must be shipped within 14 days of the order delivery date.

Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns outside of the countries listed above.
When returning unwanted items, you will be liable for the cost of posting it back to us. We recommend any returns posted, are sent by recorded delivery as we cannot accept liability for items that do not reach us.
All Returns outside of the UK
If returned an item from outside the UK, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any customs charges. HAVVAMUSTAFA.COM is NOT responsible for any return custom charges made.
havvamustafa.com is able to offer an exchange on the same item in another size only.
If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style, you must return it and purchase the new piece separately. The new item will be eligible for return through the same return procedure.

Your refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received by HAVVAMUSTAFA.COM. However please allow up to 14 days from the day you return the product for your account to be credited. Your refund will be credited back to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase.
We are unable to refund any applicable taxes or duties, and shipping charges on returned items. Any differences in the amount refunded are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be reimbursed.
Gift cards are valid for a period of 12 months from date of purchase and are non-refundable. If you need to return an item purchased with a gift card, the return value will be issued as store credit.
Returns Terms & Conditions
- Where provided any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return.
- Items should be returned new, unused and in perfect condition with all HAVVA tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
- Before your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is fully checked and controlled by our packing team. If you receive an item, which is damaged, please contact us immediately.
- You must try the shoes on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them. Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoebox as this is considered part of the product. Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box or with marked soles will not be accepted, and will be sent back to the customer.
- HAVVAMUSTAFA.COM reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the Return Policy detailed on the website. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order. If an unauthorized return is accepted, HAVVAMUSTAFA.COM will deduct a 10% administrative/re-stocking fee from the refund.
- We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
- Please make sure that the returns form is enclosed with your goods - no form may result in your return not being processed.
