How long does delivery take and how much will it cost?

Items that are already available will be dispatched in 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) following order completion.
During sales or special promotions, processing times may be longer.


Pre-ordered items:

Pre-Ordered items will be shipped as soon as they are received in our warehouse. The full price will be deducted the same day in which the order is placed, despite the postponed shipment date.

We remind first-time Clients that HAVVAMUSTAFA.COM can request the Bank to double check the transaction and the account information. This verification process will delay immediate shipping.

Will I have to pay duties?


We ship directly from the UK. No duties or taxes will be charged when shipping within the UK.



There may be additional taxes and duties that are not included in the shipping rates at checkout when shipping to countries within the EU. We deliver DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) HAVVA does not take responsibility for any customs fees or charges for EU orders. These customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

For more information, please consult your local customs office. If an order is sent back to our UK warehouse because the import fees were not cleared, the customer is liable to any additional costs, including the cost of returning the parcel back to our UK warehouse.



Orders under US$800 are free from any import duties and will not attract any extra fees. We deliver DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid). Orders over US$800 are liable for all applicable import duties upon arrival into The United States, which you will need to pay to UPS/DHL or US Customs upon delivery.

Rest of World

We ship DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) to all other countries. As the purchaser, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your delivery from customs on arrival to your country or region. HAVVA is unable to advise or predict the amount.

How can I track my order?

When the order is shipped, customers receive an email from HAVVAMUSTAFA.COM specifying the tracking number and a direct link to monitor the shipment status.

In the event of delays in customs, customers will be notified directly by the courier and/or HAVVAMUSTAFA.COM.

Returns questions

How do I return my item to HAVVA?

You can return any item purchased on within 14 days from the delivery date.

To request a return please click this link to request a Returns Form Label.

Be sure to fill in all the required information. You will receive an email with the shipping form which you will need to include in the return shipment.

Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all HAVVA packaging included. Shoes must be tried on a soft carpeted surface to avoid any marks or damages to the soles or leather. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in its original, unaltered and unwashed condition.

Returns must be shipped within 14 days of the order delivery date.
