The colours and material finishes appearing on the website are as precise as possible. However, as precise colour representation depends on your personal computer screen, we are unable to guarantee the exact colour of the product upon delivery.

CANCELLING AN ORDER
There are time limits in which you can cancel your order up to 60 minutes after completing your order. In order to cancel please send an email to CustomerCare@havvamustafa.com
TAXES & DUTIES
Any local import duties or taxes outside of the EU are the responsibility of the customer.
All Payments are sent though Shopify Payments
HAVVA MUSTAFA LTD does not process any credit card transaction all payment details and information is handled via Shopify Payments
Shopify Payments processes all transactions. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit, Visa Delta, American Express and PayPal. Payment is debited from your card at time of purchase.
We currently only have the one delivery method, standard.
-- Receive your purchases in 3-5 working days after your order has been placed.
-- Our couriers may deliver packages at any time between 08:00 and 20:00 Monday to Saturday.
-- Once the order has been fulfilled you will receive a confirmation email with an order tracking number.
All deliveries will have to be signed for.
Please make sure that the shipping address is correct at time of purchase, as we're unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.
Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer.
We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.
Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24-hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. Please note this can take longer during our sale periods when it may take up to 48 hours for shipments to be dispatched.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Customer satisfaction is always our top priority, and as such we handle each query on an individual basis. While we hope that you are delighted with your order, if you are not perfectly satisfied with your goods you have 14 days to return items from your order.
Please read carefully our return policy to ensure you can proceed with your request as quick as possible.
All returns should be sent back to us in their original packaging provided. Please ensure when returning the parcel that the HAVVA box is properly protected with the exterior packaging box that was provided or an alternative.
Where provided any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return.
Items should be returned new, unused and in perfect condition with all HAVVA tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
Before your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is fully checked and controlled by our packing team. If you receive an item, which is damaged, please contact us immediately.
You must try the shoes on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them. Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoebox as this is considered part of the product. Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box or with marked soles will not be accepted, and will be sent back to the customer. Footwear should be returned unmarked and in their original and undamaged packaging as this is considered part of the product.
Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 14 days. Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of HAVVA MUSTAFA LTD
If your item is faulty (i.e. received damaged or manufacturing fault), we can offer alternatives such as repair or exchanges.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 7 days of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.

There is no charge to exchange items for a different size, however all exchanges are based on stock availability. Shipping is charged outside of the UK on the replacement items. Please note that we are only able to offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style, you must return it and purchase the new piece separately.
RECEIVING A REFUND
Your refund will either be credited to the original purchaser's credit card and will include shipping costs for faulty items only. Please note card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.
Unfortunately we do not offer free returns. When returning unwanted items you will be liable for the cost of posting it back to us. We recommend any returns posted, are sent by recorded delivery as we cannot accept liability for items that do not reach us.
REFUNDS OF DELIVERY CHARGES
Postage and packaging charge is only refundable for faulty goods.
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.
Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.
Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Shoe boxes should also be protected as they are considered part of the product, and your return may not be accepted if the box is damaged.
